Details:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day client relationships
• Review returns prepared by staff and ensure timely delivery
• Support team development through supervision and mentoring
• Collaborate with leadership on workflow, deadlines, and client service
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and growth

Qualifications:

• 4-10 years of public accounting experience
• Strong review and client oversight experience
• CPA preferred – not required at this level
