A fast-growing public accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join its collaborative Philadelphia team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with high-net-worth individuals, real estate clients, and entrepreneurial businesses while taking on meaningful client advisory responsibilities. The position offers strong visibility, direct client interaction, mentorship opportunities, and a clear path toward future leadership/shareholder potential.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and review individual, fiduciary, partnership, and corporate tax engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, real estate groups, and startup clients
- Lead tax planning and research for complex client matters and transactions
- Mentor and develop staff and senior accountants
- Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing advisory support
- Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth and client service initiatives
- Stay current on evolving tax laws and industry developments
What We’re Looking For
- CPA required
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience with HNW individuals, real estate, and/or startup clients preferred
- Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and leadership abilities
