Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary, and multistate tax returns under supervision.
• Perform tax and accounting research, tax planning projections, and assist with advisory deliverables.
• Manage accounting assignments such as write-ups, trial balances, and financial statement preparation (compilations and reviews).
• Actively participate in firm programs, stay current on tax/accounting regulations, and progress toward CPA exam completion.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Experience with tax preparation (individual, corporate, partnership); multistate returns a plus.
• Strong background in financial statement preparation, journal entries, and trial balance generation; audit experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
