Assurance Manager

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Manage engagements from planning through completion while ensuring quality and efficiency
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
- Prepare and review financial statements and related deliverables
- Provide guidance on accounting matters, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Mentor, coach, and develop senior and staff accountants
- Partner with leadership on engagement strategy, workflow management, and client service initiatives
- Contribute to practice growth through process improvements, client development, and team leadership
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Active CPA license
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with progressive responsibility in assurance services
- Experience leading audits, reviews, and compilations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and assurance standards
- Experience working with privately held businesses and/or nonprofit organizations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to balance multiple priorities
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys mentoring others and driving results
