Tax Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and build lasting relationships.
- Develop tax strategies and conduct complex research.
- Oversee IRS, state, and local tax audits and correspondence.
- Review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
- Mentor and develop staff in a collaborative team environment.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services.
- Represent the firm in professional and networking organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; MST preferred.
- CPA license required.
- Minimum of six (6) years of tax experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced setting.
