• Strong knowledge and technical skills in the areas of tax compliance and planning, for high net worth individuals and businesses
• Exposure to multi-state individual taxation
• Interest in research and writing on a wide variety of tax matters impacting high net worth individuals and businesses
• Ability and desire to provide innovative tax planning solutions and strategies including the ability to effectively communicate the same to clients
•
Ability to accurately and timely address client needs and actively participate in client discussions and meetings• Proven success as an innovative individual contributor and team member
• Excellent oral and written communication skills Accurately manage client service time budgets
• Ability to balance responsibilities within a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements and Desires:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Currently licensed CPA (or candidate, with commitment to complete CPA exam before being promoted to Manager with subsequent obtaining of licensure), Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar; Advanced taxation degree helpful;
• Accounting and tax software knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks; 3-10 years CPA firm experience
