HR Business Partner

Role Details
- Support multiple regional offices while contributing to organization-wide HR initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on HR-related matters
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters
- Support hiring needs, onboarding, and new hire integration
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and reporting
- Support employee engagement, inclusion, and development initiatives
- Collaborate with recruiting, total rewards, resource management, and learning teams
- Contribute HR insights to workforce planning and organizational change efforts
- Travel to regional offices across the Mid-Atlantic
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience, preferably in professional services
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
