Entrepreneurial Tax Leader
Hybrid with offices across south & central Florida
We’re seeking an experienced Personal Tax Advisory leader (Senior Manager / VP level) to help launch and grow a new presence in Florida.
You’ll have the backing of a long-established national CPA and advisory platform while helping shape the local team, client base, and market strategy from the ground up.
Ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, relationship-driven environment and is motivated by ownership, autonomy, and long-term impact.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead a Personal Tax Advisory practice in Florida
- Develop and grow client relationships in high-net-worth individual and fiduciary tax
- Lead complex tax planning and compliance engagements
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing local team
- Drive business development and expand market presence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax and wealth-related matters
- Collaborate with national leadership and leverage established firm resources
- Manage multiple client engagements and ensure high-quality delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 9+ years of personal tax experience (HNW, fiduciary, or private client focus preferred)
- Strong track record of client relationship development and retention
- Leadership experience managing teams and/or growing a practice
- Comfortable in a business development / “builder” mindset role
- CPA preferred
- Strong communication and advisory skills with a client-first approach
