Summary


We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in staffing, recruitment services, and lead conversion to join our GTS team.


This part-time, work-from-home position (32 hours per week) focuses on managing and converting inbound and outbound leads—primarily from companies, hiring managers, and business owners—into signed contracts for our staffing and talent solutions services.


This role requires an individual who is based in North Carolina (NC).

Compensation: $30 per hour


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Qualify and engage inbound and outbound leads from various channels (website, referrals, networking, marketing campaigns).


  • Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, and determine fit for our staffing services.


  • Present tailored staffing solutions using clear, value-based messaging.


  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and contract documentation.


  • Manage and update all leads through the CRM system with accurate notes and timely follow-ups.


  • Collaborate with recruiting, marketing, and operations teams to strengthen the client acquisition process.


  • Achieve or exceed monthly goals for conversions, new accounts, and client sign-ups.


  • Maintain knowledge of company offerings, local labor market trends, and competitor activities.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and staffing industry standards.

  • Participate in company initiatives, projects, and strategic programs.


  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage sales activities and client relationships.


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management.


  • Experience with a staffing agency or recruitment environment is required.


  • Proven track record of converting leads into paying clients.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced remote work environment.


  • CRM experience (e.g., Loxo, SmartRecruiter).


  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.


  • Must live in North Carolina (NC).


Education and/or Experience


  • Experience selling or promoting staffing, recruitment, or workforce services.


  • Familiarity with hiring workflows, candidate placements, or client management.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.


Physical Demands


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and sit at a desk working on a computer for extended periods in a home office environment. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, or travel locally for client meetings. Specific vision abilities required include close vision for working with digital tools and documents.


Work Environment

Status: Part-time – 32 hours per week

Travel Requirements: Limited, occasional local client visits


Work is performed primarily in a quiet home office environment. Occasional local travel may be required for client interactions.
