Job Summary


We are seeking Bilingual/Multilingual Customer Service Representatives to support a large-scale public service enrollment program in a remote contact center environment. This role involves handling inbound calls, educating callers on available options, and assisting with enrollment-related processes while delivering professional, accurate, and empathetic customer service.

The ideal candidate has prior call center experience, strong communication skills, language fluency, and the ability to succeed in a structured, fast-paced remote setting with strict attendance and training requirements.


Location & Employment Details


  • Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
  • Time Zone: Eastern Time preferred
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
  • Openings Available: Multiple positions
  • Eligibility: U.S. work authorization required (no international background checks permitted)


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound customer calls related to enrollment services
  • Provide clear, accurate information and guidance to callers
  • Assist with enrollment and disenrollment processes
  • Review submitted forms for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
  • Escalate issues or concerns to supervisory staff as needed
  • Support call coverage during high-volume periods
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management


Qualifications & Experience


Education: High school diploma or equivalent required


Experience:


  • 1–2 years of call center experience strongly preferred
  • Customer service or human services background required
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively
  • Strong computer skills and typing proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High reliability, punctuality, and adherence to schedule
  • Ability to learn and apply program knowledge quickly
  • Professional demeanor and positive, team-oriented attitude


Technical & Equipment Requirements (BYOD)

Candidates must provide and maintain their own equipment:


Computer:


  • Windows 10 or newer OR
  • MacOS 10.15 or newer
  • Chromebooks are not permitted


Headset:


  • Wired USB headset with microphone and noise suppression
  • Bluetooth headsets are not allowed


Internet Connectivity:


  • Minimum 25 Mbps download (single user)
  • 50 Mbps download (shared connection)
  • Minimum 5 Mbps upload (10 Mbps preferred)
  • Hardwired Ethernet connection required
  • Mobile hotspots may not be used as the primary connection
