Have you recently looked around your current firm and you're not seeing the upward mobility that had been promised?

Has your current firm promised to create a path that puts you on a partnership track, but you're still waiting?

Are you sitting in a large firm today tired of the politics, 70+ hour work weeks, and impossible utilization expectations?

Are you a small-firm practitioner that saw the glamour and lure of "flying solo," but has quickly realized you like being Chief, Cook, but not Bottlewasher?

  • Focusing on both the tactical, day to day activities of the tax department as well as the overall firm's strategic direction, vision and ultimate implementation of that plan
  • A big-picture thinker who is continuously seeking opportunities for the firm's development of new business, while also focusing on the current client service offerings to ensure alignment with the overall value proposition of the firm
  • Stay up to date on current tax laws, trends to ensure there is constant value being delivered to current and future clients

Our client is seeking someone that will be a difference-maker in their business through their technical knowledge, their teaching/mentoring abilities, their business-building acumen, and their exceptional work ethic.

If you are currently in a position looking toward another Tax Season and don't want to face another deadline alone, then contact John Randolph our Managing Partner for a No-Obligation, Confidential discussion to see if there may be some potential overlap in your wish list and our client's desires.
