Responsibilities
- Support the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program by performing mechanical maintenance, repairs, equipment changeovers, and troubleshooting during line startups to minimize unscheduled downtime.
- Analyze problems, interpret technical information, and troubleshoot equipment and plant mechanical systems to develop effective, sustainable solutions.
- Follow all company safety policies, including Lock-out/Tag-out procedures, GMPs, food safety standards, OSHA regulations, and personal safety practices.
- Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions, validate completed repairs, and maintain accurate records through work orders, logs, and maintenance software.
- Manage parts inventory by identifying necessary parts, maintaining accurate stock levels, and updating parts reorder lists as needed.

Participate actively in Continuous Improvement initiatives, suggest process enhancements, and continuously grow maintenance and leadership skills through assigned training programs.
Qualifications
- Must have technical training or 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience; boiler, chiller, HVAC, and mechanical skills preferred.
- Ability to learn and perform daily wet chemistry water testing with accurate data recording.
- Basic computer literacy needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs following manuals and maintenance instructions.
- Provide and maintain basic tools necessary for the role.
- Able to lift, stand, climb, and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties.
