We are currently hiring multiple Maintenance Technicians and Electricians across all experience levels to support a large, high volume manufacturing operation.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance experience looking for long term stability and growth.

Compensation

• Pay is based on experience and skill level, with opportunities ranging from entry level technicians to experienced electricians and team leads.
• Entry Level: $21–$25/hr
• Mid Level: $25–$30/hr
• Electricians / Advanced Techs: $29–$34/hr+

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, and production equipment
• Work with PLCs and control systems (higher level roles)
• Read schematics and technical manuals
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of maintenance or mechanical experience (more for higher levels)
• Electrical experience or troubleshooting ability preferred
• PLC experience is a strong plus
• Ability to work in an industrial / manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including weekends

• Industrial food production facility
• Exposure to cold, wet, and fast paced conditions
• Physical role (standing, lifting, moving equipment)
