HR Analyst
Full-Time | Onsite
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an HR Analyst to support payroll, HR systems, compliance, and workforce analytics within a fast-paced production environment.
This role combines hands-on payroll ownership with data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and audit timekeeping systems and employee records
- Administer employee benefits, leave programs (FMLA, ADA), and workers’ compensation
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Create and analyze HR and payroll reports (labor cost, overtime, retention, etc.)
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce performance
- Partner with Finance on labor cost reporting and allocations
- Support HR systems administration, including HRIS and timekeeping platforms
- Maintain accurate employee data across systems and conduct regular audits
- Support implementation of HR technology and training systems
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or HR analytics
- Proven experience owning full-cycle payroll processing
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data
- Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems (ADP, SAP, UKG, or similar)
- Knowledge of benefits administration, leave programs, and compliance regulations
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or multi-shift environment
- Experience with workforce analytics and reporting
- Exposure to ESG or advanced HR reporting
