HR Analyst

Full-Time | Onsite

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an HR Analyst to support payroll, HR systems, compliance, and workforce analytics within a fast-paced production environment.

This role combines hands-on payroll ownership with data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain and audit timekeeping systems and employee records
  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs (FMLA, ADA), and workers’ compensation
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
  • Create and analyze HR and payroll reports (labor cost, overtime, retention, etc.)
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce performance
  • Partner with Finance on labor cost reporting and allocations
  • Support HR systems administration, including HRIS and timekeeping platforms
  • Maintain accurate employee data across systems and conduct regular audits
  • Support implementation of HR technology and training systems

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or HR analytics
  • Proven experience owning full-cycle payroll processing
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems (ADP, SAP, UKG, or similar)
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, leave programs, and compliance regulations
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

  • Experience in a manufacturing or multi-shift environment
  • Experience with workforce analytics and reporting
  • Exposure to ESG or advanced HR reporting

Additional Details

  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Fully onsite role within a manufacturing facility
  • Combination of office-based work with occasional plant floor interaction
