We are seeking a Wastewater Supervisor to oversee daily operations within an industrial wastewater treatment facility. This role is responsible for leading a team of operators, ensuring compliance, and maintaining efficient plant performance.

This is a hands on leadership role ideal for someone ready to step into a supervisory position or currently leading wastewater operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Compensation

Starting around $70,000+, depending on certification and experience

Schedule

• 12 hour shifts
• Rotating schedule:
• Week 1: 3 days
• Week 2: 4 days
• Every other weekend required

Responsibilities

• Lead and support wastewater operators across assigned shifts
• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure compliance with all environmental regulations
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate corrective actions
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and regulatory adherence
• Train, mentor, and develop operators
• Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies

Qualifications

• Wastewater certification (Class 2 or higher preferred)
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing wastewater systems
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal)
• Strong understanding of treatment processes, compliance, and system operations
• Ability to work a rotating 12 hour shift schedule
