Human Resources Business Partner – Manufacturing

A growing food manufacturing company in the Burlington area is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a 24/7 production facility. This role is hands-on and people-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, building relationships, and supporting large hourly teams in a high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with production leaders to support a large hourly workforce in a fast-paced, around-the-clock manufacturing environment
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, policy guidance, and performance management
- Lead and support recruiting, onboarding, and training across all shifts
- Collaborate with operations, safety, and quality teams to strengthen engagement and communication on the production floor
- Flex your schedule 1–2 nights per week to connect with night-shift employees and supervisors
- Conduct investigations, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Support continuous improvement and change management initiatives
- Report directly to the HR Manager and partner closely with a bilingual HR Generalist who supports hourly engagement
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or other high-volume hourly environments
- Strong employee relations and communication skills
- Comfortable being visible, hands-on, and active on the production floor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24/7 operation
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
