Tractor Technician

Fresno, CA

We are seeking a Tractor Technician to support maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment for a large operation in the Fresno area. This role includes both shop work and local field service nearby.

Compensation & Schedule

• $34.00 – $48.00 per hour
• Full-time, onsite
• Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Occasional half-day Saturdays based on workload

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair tractors and agricultural equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Travel locally to service equipment in the field
• Maintain accurate service records
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working on tractors, agricultural, or heavy equipment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with brands such as John Deere, CAT, or similar
• Ability to work independently in both shop and field environments
• Valid driver’s license
