Our trusted client, a highly regarded real estate investment firm based in San Francisco, is looking to welcome a Senior Property Accountant to their strong accounting team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive, growth-minded organization.

This is a temp-to-hire position (6 month contract) with a hybrid schedule 3x/week in Downtown SF, close to public transportation.

About the role and your impact:

• Responsible for the accounting, taxes, and financial statements for their respective properties.
• Month-End/Year-End Close
• Journal entries
• Bank reconciliations
• Financial statement preparation
• Work closely with Property Controller and Accounting Manager to support accounting operations

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in real estate accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, or other real estate accounting software
