We have partnered with a growth-positioned Private Equity/Real Estate firm in San Francisco who is looking for a dynamic Fund Controller to join them. They have a strong culture that keeps their people at the forefront, with stellar opportunities for mentorship, training and career development.

Hybrid schedule 3 days/week in downtown San Francisco, close to public transportation.

About the role and your impact:

• Oversee Financial Reporting efforts to investors and related parties
• Investment account roll up and reconciliations for consolidation and investor reporting
• Prepare financial packages for Audit and Tax external partners, functioning as the main liaison between the firm and 3rd party
• Review of portfolio analysis & performance monitoring
• Ensure accurate fund records through reconciliations and reporting
• Work interdepartmentally on special projects

What you'll bring:

• BA / BS degree in Accounting or related field required
• A minimum of 5 years of related Accounting experience required
• Previous accounting experience in Real Estate (Commercial or Residential), Private Equity, Venture Capital or Financial Services
• Strong background in Partnership and/or Fund Accounting
• CPA preferred
• Nice to have: MRI and Juniper Square experience
• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment

Base Compensation for this role is between $195K - $230K / year
