looking for an Associate to support BOTH Acquisitions and Asset Management. This is a great way to see both sides and round our your career if both are of interest. There is tons of growth and the company is well positioned to see a heavy load of transactions in the near future.

You Will:

• Prepare analysis and presentation materials for approval on the annual re-forecast process.
• Run models within Argus that will support the Acquisitions team with information on how to move forward
• Create portfolio-level scenario analysis and reporting information. 
• Assist asset management and accounting teams with quarterly valuations process. 
• Support quarterly investor requests and due diligence materials. 
• Review and analyze Fund and Asset-level monthly performance and analyze variances to budget.
• Develop, improve and maintain complex financial models; audit and review for accuracy and changing business needs.
• Prepare materials for and participate in weekly Investment Committee meetings 

What You’ll Bring: 

• BA/BS Degree
• 4+ years work experience and analytical background
• Real Estate Acquisitions experience very strong preferred
• Advanced Excel Modeling skills, proficient in Argus
• Real Estate or Private Equity Fund
