The Hire Solution has partnered with a south Austin area health care services company for the position of Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who wants to help spread the word to new client partners about the great services the company offers! You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while being trained extensively in the health care services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential client prospects by phone and by email, cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers at those companies.
  • Educate and coach potential client partners on benefits of our services.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Input and update all leads and potential opportunities into internal database
  • Maintain excellent communication and rapport with existing client partners, members and prospects.

Qualifications

  • Legal eligibility to U.S. without sponsorship
  • High School degree required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality or healthcare a plus
