The Bilingual Account Manager provides essential support to the Client Operations team, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of client programs, order processing, and operational documentation. This role plays a key part in day-to-day operational coordination and contributes to onboarding, reporting, and service delivery across multiple client accounts.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with prior account management experience within banking, high-end retail, hospitality, or other professional services environments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client accounts, ensuring services are delivered in alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new programs, including system setup, validation testing, and internal documentation distribution.
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and ongoing administration of client programs within internal systems.
- Perform end-to-end testing to ensure accuracy prior to launching new client programs.
- Create and maintain operational procedures and documentation to support consistency and efficiency.
- Manage and resolve client-related issues, including disputes and voucher requests, through investigation, processing, and reporting.
- Generate and deliver recurring reports to clients within established timelines and SLAs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, global partners, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
- Prior account management or client-facing experience required, ideally within banking, high-end retail, hospitality, or other professional services environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a structured, solutions-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
