The Bilingual Account Manager provides essential support to the Client Operations team, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of client programs, order processing, and operational documentation. This role plays a key part in day-to-day operational coordination and contributes to onboarding, reporting, and service delivery across multiple client accounts.


This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with prior account management experience within banking, high-end retail, hospitality, or other professional services environments.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client accounts, ensuring services are delivered in alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new programs, including system setup, validation testing, and internal documentation distribution.
  • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and ongoing administration of client programs within internal systems.
  • Perform end-to-end testing to ensure accuracy prior to launching new client programs.
  • Create and maintain operational procedures and documentation to support consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage and resolve client-related issues, including disputes and voucher requests, through investigation, processing, and reporting.
  • Generate and deliver recurring reports to clients within established timelines and SLAs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, global partners, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
  • Prior account management or client-facing experience required, ideally within banking, high-end retail, hospitality, or other professional services environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a structured, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
