Salary Range:

• Minimum: $27.36 per hour (0 years of experience)
• Mid: $32.83 per hour (5 years of experience)
• Maximum: $48.00 per hour (12+ years of experience)

Differentials:

• Night Shift: Additional $3.50 per hour
• Weekend Day Shift: Additional $2.50 per hour
• Weekend Evening Shift: Additional $1.50 per hour
• Weekend Night Shift: Additional $2.00 per hour
• Evening Shift: Additional $3.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our healthcare team in Richmond, VA. The Radiology Technologist will play a crucial role in our diagnostic imaging department, assisting in the provision of high-quality patient care. With a range of shifts available, including days, evenings, and weekends, this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform radiological procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, in accordance with physician orders.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper positioning for accurate imaging.
• Operate and maintain radiological equipment, following safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer contrast materials when necessary.
• Document patient information, procedures performed, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide compassionate and informative care to patients throughout their imaging experience.
• Participate in on-call duties as required for specific shifts.
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology. 
• Responsible for continuing education credits as mandated by the ARRT for licensure
• American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider
