Salary Range: Min: $32.62, Mid: $40.82, Max: $48.93; $3 shift differential

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Hand Therapist Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Miami, FL. As a Certified Hand Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional occupational therapy services, with a focus on hand therapy, to our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, assess, and treat patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' functional limitations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Florida State License.
• 1-2 years of hand therapist experience preferred.
• BLS Certification.

Schedule:

• Full-time position with a 5 x 8 schedule.
• Rotating weekends required.
