Job Description
The successful candidate will develop comprehensive new Client development strategies to build a diverse client pipeline. In addition, by consistently applying excellent client and stakeholder management approaches to talent attraction, you'll ensure a professional hiring manager and candidate experience.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in client management, recruiting, human resources, or other related sales leadership roles.
- Comfortable conducting detailed intake sessions to understand the business requirements and translate them into a solution-based recruiting strategy with Managers to C-Suite clients.
- Serve as a trusted hiring partner to our clients, assisting in discovering and hiring outstanding talent.
- Executive presence; effective listener with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ensure qualification match, cultural fit, skills, and experience compatibility.
- History of collaborating with senior executives and business leaders.
- Proven teamwork capabilities; strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of comfort working with and negotiating with clients and candidates.
- Intellectually curious and creative problem solver.
- Extraordinary self-starter, multi-task, flexible, and managing changing priorities effectively.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
