Scope of Position


We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Project Consultant to lead the marketing, promotion, and sales of innovative precast concrete solutions. This role combines technical expertise with consultative sales to deliver value-driven solutions to architects, engineers, contractors, and owners—particularly within the greenway and infrastructure development sectors.


Responsibilities


  • Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions that align with project goals and design requirements.
  • Apply technical expertise in precast concrete applications to provide design guidance, project insights, and construction recommendations.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations (both in-person and virtual) to secure product specifications and project opportunities.
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, engineers, contractors, and public agencies.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for precast concrete systems and related components.
  • Utilize an established marketing and sales framework with a focus on continuous improvement in consultative and transactional selling.
  • Provide budget estimates during early project development and refine pricing strategies throughout the sales process.
  • Lead regional field marketing initiatives targeting design professionals and regulatory stakeholders to increase awareness and adoption of precast concrete systems.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, project consulting, or engineering within the construction industry.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven success in consultative sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and disciplined in tracking and managing client interactions.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
