Position Summary:

As a senior management team member responsible for overseeing and driving growth, operational efficiency, and value creation, you will play a pivotal role in implementing advanced manufacturing technology, fostering team development, and ensuring quality assurance while leading cross-functional efforts to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

 

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Provide visionary leadership to the manufacturing team, setting clear goals and strategies for growth and excellence.
  • Mentor, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Operational Efficiency and Growth: 

  • Drive significant annual growth and value creation by optimizing manufacturing processes and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to ensure we remain at the forefront of furniture manufacturing technology.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Work closely with all supporting departments, including sales, design, procurement, and logistics, to align manufacturing processes with company goals.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships to drive a unified approach to achieving objectives. 
  • Maintain and enhance product quality and safety through rigorous quality control and assurance programs.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure consistent excellence in our products.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or related fields.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with ERP platforms and Automation.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving substantial growth and value creation.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
