Our Recruiters work directly with our Client Managers to fill open roles utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo, and other social media platforms to identify great talent across many industries and job functions.


Responsibilities

  • Prior agency recruiting experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to research for a broad range of skills and positions.
  • Identifying qualified candidates through creative channels (networks, social media, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Client Manager to source candidates defined by the client’s KSAOs (knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics) determined for each position.
  • Screen resumes to determine qualified candidates to present to the Client Manager.
  • Ensure qualification match, skills, and experience compatibility.
  • Track the candidate process in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be willing to work in a high-paced, web-based, and phone-driven environment.


Required Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively manage 8-10 search assignments concurrently
  • Linked-in Recruiter
  • Excellent writing skills
