  • An experienced, sales professional with an understanding of farming, farmers, and their communities. You are genuinely passionate about what we’re trying to achieve, recognizing its importance to farming and sustainability. You bring experience, energy, and enthusiasm to the team; focused enough to deliver the sales plan and resilient enough to succeed despite challenges or distractions.
  • Usually, this type of experience evolves over 8+ years in business to business sales or business development, but we recognize that sometimes people gain extensive experience more quickly. You’ll do better in the role if you have strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills in the English language. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field will help show that you have a strong academic basis to make high-quality, informed decisions
