Key Skills & Experience for Success

Leadership in Food Manufacturing – 5–7+ years managing production operations, with proven success coaching and mentoring teams of 75+ in a fast-paced facility.

Continuous Improvement Expertise – Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods to reduce waste, streamline operations, and drive productivity.

Food Safety & Quality Assurance – In-depth knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations, HACCP, SQF, and quality control standards with a strong commitment to compliance and safety culture.

Operational & Financial Acumen – Skilled in production scheduling, inventory management, cost control, and budget oversight to optimize plant performance.

Bilingual Communication (Preferred) – English/Spanish fluency to effectively engage and motivate a diverse workforce and cross-functional stakeholders.

Hands-On Leadership – A visible, floor-based leader who thrives on daily engagement with the team to solve problems and build accountability.

Technology & Data Proficiency – Proficient with production management software, analytics tools, and automation technologies used in food production.
