What You’ll Do:

Market Research & Strategic Analysis

• Track industry trends and market activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Assess competitive dynamics, policy developments, and macroeconomic factors impacting clean energy and infrastructure.

Financial Modelling & Valuation

• Build and maintain detailed project-level and corporate-level financial models.
• Support scenario analysis, valuations, budgeting, and business case development.
• Assist in preparing investor presentations, board materials, and internal reporting.

Transaction Support & Execution

• Participate in M&A, fundraising, and project finance activities, including due diligence, data room management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Collaborate with legal, technical, and commercial teams to support deal execution.

Corporate Strategy & Special Projects

• Contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives, including growth planning, capital markets strategy, and new market assessments.
• Work alongside senior leadership on evolving priorities and strategic opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

• Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support relationship-building with partners, contractors, community groups, and investors.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or relevant roles within the energy/infrastructure sector.
• Experience in project finance and/or renewable energy is a strong plus.
• Highly analytical with a strong grasp of financial modelling and quantitative analysis.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action.
