What You’ll Do:
Market Research & Strategic Analysis
- Track industry trends and market activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Assess competitive dynamics, policy developments, and macroeconomic factors impacting clean energy and infrastructure.
Financial Modelling & Valuation
- Build and maintain detailed project-level and corporate-level financial models.
- Support scenario analysis, valuations, budgeting, and business case development.
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, board materials, and internal reporting.
Transaction Support & Execution
- Participate in M&A, fundraising, and project finance activities, including due diligence, data room management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate with legal, technical, and commercial teams to support deal execution.
Corporate Strategy & Special Projects
- Contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives, including growth planning, capital markets strategy, and new market assessments.
- Work alongside senior leadership on evolving priorities and strategic opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support relationship-building with partners, contractors, community groups, and investors.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or relevant roles within the energy/infrastructure sector.
- Experience in project finance and/or renewable energy is a strong plus.
- Highly analytical with a strong grasp of financial modelling and quantitative analysis.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action.
