Service Excellence Manager

We are looking for a Service Excellence & AI Integration Manager to join our growing team and help deliver cutting-edge AI-powered solutions to our clients.


This role is ideal for a professional who combines technical expertise, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to lead customer-facing projects and ensure the successful integration of AI technologies into real business environments.


You will work closely with clients, engineers, and product teams to ensure smooth deployments, high-quality service delivery, and outstanding customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AI integration and customer implementation projects from planning to delivery
  • Coordinate between clients, engineering teams, and product teams to ensure successful deployments
  • Maintain service excellence and high customer satisfaction
  • Translate customer requirements into AI-powered solutions and workflows
  • Support AI prompt engineering and workflow optimization
  • Oversee integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, CRM, ERP, and digital platforms
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure delivery milestones are met
  • Provide consulting-level guidance to customers during onboarding and implementation


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in:
  • Systems integration
  • Technical consulting or customer-facing project roles
  • Project management in technology environments
  • Experience managing complex technology or integration projects
  • Experience working with enterprise or B2B customers
  • Experience with AI prompt engineering
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications:

The following experience will be considered a strong advantage:

  • Python development
  • Experience with LangGraph or AI agent frameworks
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
  • Experience with IVR or conversational AI systems
  • Experience implementing AI assistants, chatbots, or voice AI solutions
  • Background in consulting or customer solution delivery
