We are looking for a Service Excellence & AI Integration Manager to join our growing team and help deliver cutting-edge AI-powered solutions to our clients.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines technical expertise, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to lead customer-facing projects and ensure the successful integration of AI technologies into real business environments.
You will work closely with clients, engineers, and product teams to ensure smooth deployments, high-quality service delivery, and outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AI integration and customer implementation projects from planning to delivery
- Coordinate between clients, engineering teams, and product teams to ensure successful deployments
- Maintain service excellence and high customer satisfaction
- Translate customer requirements into AI-powered solutions and workflows
- Support AI prompt engineering and workflow optimization
- Oversee integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, CRM, ERP, and digital platforms
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure delivery milestones are met
- Provide consulting-level guidance to customers during onboarding and implementation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Systems integration
- Technical consulting or customer-facing project roles
- Project management in technology environments
- Experience managing complex technology or integration projects
- Experience working with enterprise or B2B customers
- Experience with AI prompt engineering
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
The following experience will be considered a strong advantage:
- Python development
- Experience with LangGraph or AI agent frameworks
- Knowledge of Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
- Experience with IVR or conversational AI systems
- Experience implementing AI assistants, chatbots, or voice AI solutions
- Background in consulting or customer solution delivery
