Position: Infrastructure, Platform & Systems Engineers (High-Performance & Distributed Systems)

Location: New York / London / U.S.

Compensation: ~$200K – $1M+ depending on level

These roles focus on building the backbone of high-performance systems—the infrastructure that powers trading platforms, large-scale compute, and real-time decision systems. If you like being close to the metal… this is it.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and optimizing distributed systems and infrastructure
• Working on low-latency, high-throughput environments
• Building and maintaining Linux-based systems and cloud/on-prem infra
• Improving system performance across compute, networking, and storage
• Developing tooling for monitoring, reliability, and automation
• Supporting large-scale research, trading, and data platforms

Role Variations

Includes multiple tracks:

• Platform / Infrastructure Engineers (distributed systems, performance)
• Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) (scalability, observability, uptime)
• Systems Engineers (Linux / HPC / Networking)
• Data & Market Infrastructure Leads (data pipelines, vendor systems)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in systems engineering or infrastructure
• Experience with Linux, distributed systems, or cloud platforms
• Programming in Python, Go, Rust, or C++
• Understanding of networking, storage, and system performance
• Experience with production systems at scale
• Bonus: low-latency or high-performance computing experience
