Overview:
We’re hiring elite AI Agent Engineers to design, build, and own production AI agent systems that operate continuously in real environments. These roles focus on developing stateful, autonomous, tool-using agents that support trading, research, and customer-facing operations where correctness, latency, and reliability truly matter.
This is not a research or prompt-engineering role. You’ll be engineering long-running AI systems that integrate models with real platforms, data pipelines, and services — and you’ll own them end-to-end.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
▪️ Build and own production AI agents with memory, state, tools, and evaluation layers
▪️ Design agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and control loops
▪️ Combine LLMs with deterministic systems, rules engines, and constraints
▪️ Integrate agents into internal platforms, APIs, and real-time services
▪️ Design testing, simulation, and observability frameworks for non-deterministic systems
▪️ Debug, harden, and optimize systems for latency, reliability, and correctness
▪️ Own systems from design through deployment and ongoing production operation
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
▪️ Very strong Python engineering in real production systems
▪️ Experience building long-running backend or AI-driven systems
▪️ Exposure to agent pipelines, orchestration systems, or workflow engines
▪️ Strong systems thinking and comfort debugging complex distributed systems
▪️ High ownership mindset and comfort working onsite in fast-moving teams
