Position: Senior Software Engineers (Fullstack, Product & Platform)

Location: U.S. (NY / SF / Remote options depending on role)

Compensation: ~$150K – $350K+ base + bonus/equity

Overview

We’re working with a select group of high-performance engineering organizations building critical systems across fintech, private equity platforms, and AI-driven products. These roles sit at the intersection of product thinking and strong engineering execution, not just writing code, but building systems that actually matter.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and building fullstack applications (React / TypeScript / Python / Node)
• Owning projects from concept → production → iteration
• Building internal tools, client-facing platforms, and data-heavy systems
• Architecting scalable APIs and backend services (REST / GraphQL)
• Partnering closely with product, design, and business stakeholders
• Contributing to platform architecture, performance, and system design

Role Variations

• Fullstack Product Engineers (0→1 builds, internal tools, user-facing apps)
• Platform Engineers (scalable systems, APIs, architecture-heavy work)
• Senior Engineers & Tech Leads (ownership, mentorship, technical direction)

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong fullstack capability (frontend + backend)
• Experience building production-grade systems end-to-end
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and system design
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong communication and product instincts
