Position: IT Security Manager
Location: Can be located in any of Nashville, TN, Goodlettsville, TN, Temple Hills, MD, Fort Collins, CO
Site: Hybrid, On-site 3 days/week, Remote 2 days/week
Status: Permanent, Full Time
Compensation: Negotiable, depending on qualifications
Our client is an established and growing manufacturing company headquartered in Nashville, TN with locations across the US. This role is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in growing a team of IT Security professionals and enhancing the company's security operations and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in growing the Cyber-Security team through hiring, coaching and mentoring
- Play a lead role in establishing security policies and procedures
- Lead security operations, monitor programs and execute incident response plan
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience within Cybersecurity, with a minimum of 5 years managing teams, projects and systems
- Masters Degree in related area of study
- PMP Certification
- Multiple Certifications specific to Security and Networking such as:
- CISSP
- SSCP
- CRISC
- CISCO
- CCNA
- MCSE
- Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Azure Administrator Associate
- MS365 Certified Security Admin
- Strong background in Azure, Network Security, Legal and regulatory aspects of cyber security, etc.
- Hands-on, "rollup the sleeves" knowledge and experience with some of the following technologies:
- Crowdstrike
- Mimecast
- M365 Security
- Azure Security
- Palo Alto Network
- InTune
- ManageEngine
- Pentera
- Imperva
- VPN
- Firewalls
- MFA
- SSO
- Experience architecting, setting up, designing, building, deploying and executing IT Security solutions and projects
- Strong People Management and Leadership skills and experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
