Our client is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager with deep expertise in commercial insurance policy language and legal drafting to support new product innovation and growth. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong legal background in drafting and developing commercial insurance forms and regulatory compliance strategies. You will work across multiple client projects, applying your technical knowledge to design and deliver sophisticated insurance products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the drafting, revision, and development of commercial insurance coverage forms, endorsements, exclusions, and related policyholder communications.
• Ensure all policy language aligns with underwriting intent and complies with applicable regulatory requirements in both admitted and non-admitted environments.
• Conduct in-depth legal and compliance research to support product development and deliver creative, compliant solutions.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience authoring and interpreting complex commercial insurance policy language from scratch.
• Strong background in legal drafting within Commercial Property, Casualty, and/or Specialty lines.
• JD or equivalent legal training, with proven expertise in regulatory compliance and insurance product development.
