Product Analyst / Senior Product Analyst

📍 Remote (within WA, OR, ID, TX, SC, OH, or FL)

Our Personal Lines Insurance Company Client is seeking a Product Analyst or Senior Product Analyst to join its dynamic product team. This role supports product development, rate reviews, and strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. As part of a small and agile team, this opportunity offers broad exposure, ownership, and the chance to impact core business functions directly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance and trends using internal and external data; support rate reviews, new program development, and ad hoc requests.
• Develop and maintain tools, dashboards, and reports; support and enhance data strategies and infrastructure.
• Partner with product managers and actuaries on filings and pricing; contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving claims, marketing, legal, and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of analytical experience in the property & casualty (P&C) insurance industry; senior level requires 6+ years.
• Proficiency with SQL (required); familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
