Our client is seeking a highly capable Digital Product Owner to lead digital initiatives in collaboration with major strategic partners. This role will serve as the key interface between internal product, technology, and business teams, and large external partners. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of product management experience, API integration knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills to support seamless digital customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to influence how millions of customers interact with insurance products through prominent national partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for key partners, managing API integrations and digital distribution efforts. Ensure alignment on goals and efficient rollout of new states or features.
• Lead initiatives to enhance digital experiences through API development and user experience enhancements. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot data issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Use data and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and proactively solve product and integration challenges.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the property & casualty (P&C) insurance industry is required, preferably in an insurance product management or distribution-focused role.
• 3+ years of digital product management experience, preferably with exposure to partner integrations and digital distribution.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and how technology supports customer experience; experience working cross-functionally with product, UX, and engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort interfacing directly with large partners; highly analytical and able to identify and resolve technical issues using tools like Excel or SQL.
