Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

Location: Garland TX

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM | One Friday per month, 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation: $45–$48 per hour

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join their established and patient-focused practice. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced hygienists who are looking to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

With a strong and loyal patient base, this role offers a consistent schedule, clinical autonomy, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patients’ oral health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and other adjunctive procedures as needed.
• Patient Education: Provide clear, personalized guidance on oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, nutrition, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with Clinical Team: Partner closely with the dentist and team members to assess patient needs and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
• Ensure Patient Comfort: Create a positive and comfortable experience for patients while addressing questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurate Clinical Documentation: Maintain thorough and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments and clinical findings.
• Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all infection control and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Maintain Efficient Workflow: Manage a productive daily schedule of approximately 8–12 patients while upholding a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program with a current state license in good standing.
• Experience: Prior clinical experience is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Professionalism: Commitment to clinical excellence, continuing education, and staying current with best practices.
