Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join a modern periodontal and implant-focused practice committed to delivering high-quality, concierge-level care. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on periodontal health and education
- Perform periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and implant maintenance procedures
- Identify and monitor signs of periodontal disease and oral pathology
- Take and interpret radiographs and intraoral images
- Accurately document patient medical histories, periodontal charting, and clinical findings
- Collaborate closely with the periodontist and clinical team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Respond appropriately to any medical or dental emergencies during treatment
- Provide thorough patient education on periodontal care and long-term maintenance
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Massachusetts
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical knowledge of periodontal procedures and hygiene protocols
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Periodontal or specialty experience preferred
- Any additional certification or license required by the state to perform assigned duties
