Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $50–$55/hour
• Annualized Compensation: Approximately $104,000 – $114,400/year (based on full-time schedule)
• Additional Earnings: Quarterly office bonus opportunities

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join a modern periodontal and implant-focused practice committed to delivering high-quality, concierge-level care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialty clinical environment with a strong emphasis on periodontal therapy, implant maintenance, and comprehensive patient education.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on periodontal health and education
• Perform periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and implant maintenance procedures
• Identify and monitor signs of periodontal disease and oral pathology
• Take and interpret radiographs and intraoral images
• Accurately document patient medical histories, periodontal charting, and clinical findings
• Collaborate closely with the periodontist and clinical team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Respond appropriately to any medical or dental emergencies during treatment
• Provide thorough patient education on periodontal care and long-term maintenance

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical knowledge of periodontal procedures and hygiene protocols
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Periodontal or specialty experience preferred
• Any additional certification or license required by the state to perform assigned duties
