Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established multi-specialty practice in Vineland, New Jersey. This opportunity is ideal for a provider seeking strong earning potential, mentorship, advanced technology, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry within a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Deliver comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure excellent patient care
  • Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows
  • Support a positive and patient-centered clinical culture

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active New Jersey dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • CDS and DEA licenses required
  • Strong communication and patient relationship skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
