Position Title: HR Generalist & Company Recruiter
Location: Sterling, MA
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist & Company Recruiter to join our growing dental support organization based in Sterling, MA. This individual will be a key contributor to the success of our practices by supporting human resources operations and leading recruitment efforts across our multi-location team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative precision, relationship-building, and strategic input—working directly with leadership to attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and management roles across multiple dental practices
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job postings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and community engagement
- Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth integration of new team members
Human Resources Administration
- Support HR processes including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee records management
- Administer new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, and benefits enrollment
- Assist with policy implementation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related questions, performance management, and employee relations
Employee Engagement & Development
- Support initiatives to promote a positive company culture and improve retention
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and continuing education tracking
- Partner with leadership on HR projects related to growth and organizational structure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of HR or recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or dental environments
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- SHRM-CP certification preferred
