Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with clinical excellence and compassionate care
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, detailed treatment records
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and dental board requirements
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver exceptional patient care
• Address clinical concerns promptly while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety
• Foster lasting patient relationships built on trust, communication, and outstanding care

Minimum Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active New Jersey dental license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to become credentialed with commercial and government insurance plans

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Dentists with exceptional clinical abilities and a strong desire to learn may also be considered
