Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dentistry
- Perform routine restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' clinical needs
- Educate patients regarding treatment recommendations and long-term oral health
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Build lasting patient relationships through compassionate communication
- Uphold high standards of clinical quality, professionalism, and patient satisfaction
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Ohio dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain
- Appropriate DEA registration as required
- Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment-planning abilities
