We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Lead Dentist to join our established practice in the Medford area of New Jersey. As Lead Dentist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive care while supporting and mentoring team members. You will be supported by a strong clinical and administrative team, advanced technology, and a loyal patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
• Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Lead and mentor associate dentists and clinical team members
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Utilize advanced digital technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols
• Support practice growth through patient relationships and clinical excellence
• Participate in continuing education and professional development

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New Jersey dental license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration as required
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience required
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Proven proficiency in general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care
