Lead Dentist – Full Time

Location: Medford Area, New Jersey

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $200,000 – $270,000 annually
  • Expected Earnings Potential: $175,000 – $300,000+ annually
  • Schedule: 4 days per week
  • Compensation Structure: Strong daily guarantee plus percentage of collections

Position Summary

An established, patient-centered dental practice is seeking an experienced Lead Dentist to provide clinical leadership while delivering high-quality comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Utilize advanced digital technologies to improve diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes
  • Maintain high standards of infection control, documentation, and ethical clinical practices

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active New Jersey dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
  • DEA registration as required
  • Completion of GPR or AEGD preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
