Monday – Thursday (4-day work week)
No nights or weekends

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in West Chester, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and surgical dental care
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Deliver preventative, restorative, and surgical procedures
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Open to all experience levels
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
- Proficiency with modern dental technology and willingness to continue learning
