Physical Therapist – Overland Park, KS

Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 annually for full-time positions, based on experience. Part-time positions are paid hourly.

Compensation flexibility may be available for the right candidate.

Schedule

Clinic hours are:

  • Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • No weekends

Specific work hours will be discussed based on full-time or part-time availability.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient multidisciplinary clinic in Overland Park, Kansas.

Our team includes medical doctors, chiropractors, occupational therapists, and behavioral health providers working alongside physical therapy. This integrated approach supports coordinated care and collaboration across disciplines.

The clinic has an established patient base and sufficient demand to expand its physical therapy team. This is a staff position with no leadership duties, with potential for future advancement for interested clinicians. New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.

Patient Care Model

  • One patient per hour
  • Target of 40 patient visits per week for full-time providers
  • Typically four treatment units per visit
  • Collaboration across medical and rehabilitation disciplines

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatments
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients on treatment goals and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Direct and supervise PTA care as appropriate
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Kansas Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure before starting
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • No minimum experience or specialty certifications required
  • Vestibular training and dry needling are a plus
