Schedule:

4-day work week

Alternating schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday
  • Tuesday – Friday (every other week)

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in West Columbia, South Carolina. Our team is looking for a dentist who wants to create stability for both patients and staff while practicing comprehensive dentistry in a supportive and collaborative environment. Practice Overview:

  • Established family dentistry practice
  • 1 doctor operatory
  • 2 hygiene operatories
  • Comprehensive general dentistry services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
  • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support team members
  • Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows
  • Foster long-term patient trust and continuity of care

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active South Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Open to all experience levels
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with commitment to long-term stability and patient care
