We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Prairie Village, Kansas. Practice Overview:
- Established multi-provider practice
- 2 doctor operatories
- 3 hygiene operatories
- Strong hygiene and support team infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions
- Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support team members
- Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Kansas dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
